We advertise your property on Daft.ie, RTE.ie, Let.ie and will also erect a letting sign at your property where permitted

We will carry out viewings at the property where we meet all prospective tenants. We will vet all tenants by requesting a reference from a previous letting agency/landlord and current employer reference

Drawing up the lease agreement
We will draw up the lease agreement with the appropriate information and forward you on a copy of it. We will also provide you with information to register the tenancy with the PRTB.
Transfer deposit and rent
We will collect the deposit and first month’s rent from the new tenant and organise for all subsequent rent payments to be paid directly to your account.
Meter readings & Utility bills
We will take meter readings at the property on the day that the tenant moves in and organise the transfer of the accounts into the tenant’s names.
Advising on PRTB, NPPR, stamp duty & property charges
We can advise on the private residential tenancies board, the Nppr local council tax, and government stamp duty and property charges. We can also recommend an accountant should you need financial advice.
Property Maintenance Team
We have a 24 hour maintenance team available and can organise appliance repairs, boiler breakdown and service, carpet cleaning and general property maintenance, our rates and very competitive and contractors are very quick and reliable.
