Property Queries
Should you see a rental property that you would like to view you can contact the office by phone, email or txt.
Viewings
We endeavour to respond to your query as quickly as possible and to organise a viewing of the property as quickly as possible.
We also appreciate that a daytime viewing may not be suitable for everyone so we can accommodate you by holding evening time viewings Monday to Thursday.
We hold the viewings at the property and we will invite you along to view the property to ensure that it meets all of your requirements.
References
We require references from each individual renting the property, a reference from a current landlord, and current place of employment and frequently copies of passport. We will in turn check-up these references by phone. Should you be in receipt of social welfare supplement we will require a reference from a previous landlord or letting agency.
Moving in
When you have decided on a suitable property we will organise a date and time to meet with you at the property to sign the lease agreements and hand over the keys to you. The deposit and first month’s rent will be required at this stage. The agent will read through the lease agreement to ensure that you are happy with it before signing and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Rent
Rent is paid directly into the landlords account on the day that you move into the property and the same date each month thereafter.
Maintenance
We try our best to accommodate all of our tenants after office hours and during Bank holidays; we deal with all problems and queries quickly and efficiently. If at any stage during the 12 month period any appliances break down we aim to have our engineer out within 24 hours.
